By accessing or using BeMyGirlfriend ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Service Description

BeMyGirlfriend is an AI-powered companion service that provides:

  • Text-based conversations with AI characters
  • AI-generated images based on conversation context
  • Multiple character personalities to interact with
  • Multi-language support (English, Hindi, Hinglish)

Important: All characters and generated content are fictional and created by artificial intelligence. No real people are involved in the interactions.

Account Registration

  • You must register using a valid Google account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Payment and Credits

Credit System

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Each message costs 1 credit
  • Each AI-generated image costs 10 credits
  • Credits expire based on the pack purchased (7-365 days)
  • Unused credits expire and are non-refundable after validity period

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree
  • All prices are in INR or USD as displayed
  • Promotional prices are subject to availability and may change
  • Once credits are added, they cannot be refunded except as required by law

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Request or generate content involving minors
  • Attempt to bypass content moderation systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content for commercial purposes without permission

Content Moderation

We employ automated content moderation to prevent illegal or harmful content. Requests involving illegal activities, minors, or extreme violence will be automatically blocked. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of your messages and prompts. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

Generated Content

AI-generated images and conversations are provided for your personal use only. You may not:

  • Sell or commercially exploit generated content
  • Claim generated content as your own original work
  • Use generated content to train other AI models
  • Redistribute generated content on other platforms without permission

Our Content

All aspects of the Service, including character designs, prompts, and AI models, are our proprietary property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Disclaimers

  • AI Nature: All interactions are with AI, not real people. AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Not Professional Advice: The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • Fictional Content: All characters and scenarios are fictional and generated by AI.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, Cashfree, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeMyGirlfriend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Illegal activity or abuse of the Service
  • Chargebacks or payment fraud
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 90 days.

Refund Policy

  • Credits are generally non-refundable after purchase
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues
  • Contact support within 24 hours of purchase for refund requests
  • Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
